My Final Eulogy for Aloysius

Dear Aloysius,

Today is the day, we send you to the Sweet By and by. And you have lived a life full of hurts, disappointments and stress.

But as they say in the sweet by and by, it's a beautiful place.

As they say...

In the sweet by and by, your friends always turn up when they say they will meet

They remember your birthday and give you durian treats

In the sweet by and by your friends don't leave when there's nothing to take

They mean what they say nothing is fake

In the sweet by and by, your cornflakes are healthy and sweet

Food is plentiful and you'll never be in need

In the sweet by and by, the rich give and share,

So you'll never be poor, and it's always fair

In the sweet by and by, your job is secure

No one is fighting for their own promotion door

In the sweet by and by, friends never come and go

It's where people like Joel and I will forever be your bro

In the sweet by and by, your mum is forever

And she will have perfect love, the same, for both you and your brother

In the sweet by and by, your pain is no more

And all of us will meet on that beautiful shore

Where God is amazing like He always was

And his love surrounds you
